V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nemocensk\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017eena na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho, kolik hodin zam\u011bstnanec pracuje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nemocensk\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eena, pokud zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1 b\u011bhem nemoci dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmy, nap\u0159\u00edklad z plateb soukrom\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud se zam\u011bstnanec nem\u016f\u017ee vr\u00e1tit do sv\u00e9 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed role, zam\u011bstnavatel by m\u011bl pomoci naj\u00edt alternativn\u00ed pozici v r\u00e1mci firmy nebo extern\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zam\u011bstnavatel mus\u00ed spolupracovat s certifikovan\u00fdm Arbodienst a firemn\u00edm l\u00e9ka\u0159em, kte\u0159\u00ed budou sledovat zdravotn\u00ed stav zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a usnadn\u00ed jejich reintegraci.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Co je to Loonsanctie?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UWV ud\u011bluje pokutu, pokud zam\u011bstnavatel nespln\u00ed sv\u00e9 povinnosti b\u011bhem pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Pokud agentura zjist\u00ed, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel nepomohl zam\u011bstnanci vr\u00e1tit se do pr\u00e1ce, m\u016f\u017ee na\u0159\u00eddit firm\u011b, aby pokra\u010dovala v vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed nemocensk\u00e9 i po dvou letech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fvody pat\u0159\u00ed nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 komunikace se zam\u011bstnancem, neporadenstv\u00ed s firemn\u00edm l\u00e9ka\u0159em nebo nevypracov\u00e1n\u00ed pl\u00e1nu reintegrace. Nakonec m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel ukon\u010dit pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br zam\u011bstnanci na nemocensk\u00e9 z d\u016fvod\u016f, jako je uzav\u0159en\u00ed firmy nebo v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 reorganizace, pokud propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed spojeno s nemoc\u00ed zam\u011bstnanca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nemocensk\u00e1 v Nizozemsku: Rozd\u00edly v pracovn\u00edch smlouv\u00e1ch<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd limit pro po\u010det dn\u016f nemoci, kter\u00e9 mohou nizozemsk\u00e9 firmy zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm ud\u011blit. Pokud pracovn\u00ed smlouva na dobu ur\u010ditou skon\u010d\u00ed b\u011bhem nemoci, m\u016f\u017ee se zam\u011bstnanec st\u00e1t opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdm k nemocensk\u00fdm d\u00e1vk\u00e1m od UWV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u010dinn\u00e9 osoby, jako jsou freelance\u0159i, nemaj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na nemocenskou.
