Naopak za obdob\u00ed 16 t\u00fddn\u016f nesm\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba p\u0159es\u00e1hnout 48 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u010dkoli se jedn\u00e1 o standardn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed limity, existuje ur\u010dit\u00e1 flexibilita, proto\u017ee mnoho lid\u00ed preferuje pracovat p\u0159es\u010dasy. Kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy mezi zam\u011bstnavatelsk\u00fdmi organizacemi a odbory stanovuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 pravidla pracovn\u00ed doby, av\u0161ak pr\u016fm\u011br nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit 60 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. Dohodnut\u00e9 hodiny nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit pr\u00e1vn\u00ed limity, jinak hroz\u00ed pokuty a sankce.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon o pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b (Arbeidstijdenwet)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Z\u00e1kon o pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b (Arbeidstijdenwet, ATW) je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nizozemsk\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho pr\u00e1va, kter\u00fd chr\u00e1n\u00ed pohodu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f t\u00edm, \u017ee stanovuje parametry pracovn\u00ed doby a p\u0159est\u00e1vek. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zde je bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed pohled na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed ATW:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ochrana zdrav\u00ed a pohody zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW d\u00e1v\u00e1 prioritu zdrav\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f t\u00edm, \u017ee stanov\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu a minim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vky, aby se p\u0159ede\u0161lo vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fanav\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Standardn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doba v Nizozemsku \u2013<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nen\u00ed stanoven p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd term\u00edn pro standardn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden; ATW stanov\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed limit na pr\u016fm\u011br 38 hodin b\u011bhem 52t\u00fddenn\u00edho obdob\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed limity \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed nadm\u011brn\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edmi z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eemi. Zam\u011bstnanci nemohou pracovat v\u00edce ne\u017e 12 hodin v jedn\u00e9 sm\u011bn\u011b, ani\u017e by souhlasili. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit 55 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b b\u011bhem \u010dty\u0159t\u00fddenn\u00edho obdob\u00ed nebo 48 hodin b\u011bhem 16t\u00fddenn\u00edho obdob\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Flexibilita a dohody \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW umo\u017e\u0148uje zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm a zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm vyjedn\u00e1vat pracovn\u00ed dobu v r\u00e1mci pr\u00e1vn\u00edch limit\u016f, proto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu t\u00fddn\u011b, aby mohly spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Souhlas zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eitost individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb a pracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159es\u010das. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mohou prodlou\u017eit pr\u016fm\u011brnou pracovn\u00ed dobu a\u017e na 60 hodin b\u011bhem 26t\u00fddenn\u00edho obdob\u00ed s p\u00edsemn\u00fdm souhlasem zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>P\u0159est\u00e1vky \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW stanov\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vky mezi sm\u011bnami. To znamen\u00e1 alespo\u0148 11 po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch hodin odpo\u010dinku b\u011bhem ka\u017ed\u00fdch 24 hodin. T\u00fddn\u011b se to p\u0159ekl\u00e1d\u00e1 na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 90 hodin nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>No\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ATW uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdzvy spojen\u00e9 s no\u010dn\u00edmi sm\u011bnami. Existuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpisy pro no\u010dn\u00ed sm\u011bny, v\u010detn\u011b krat\u0161\u00edch p\u0159est\u00e1vek za specifick\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed, a omezen\u00ed po\u010dtu po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch no\u010dn\u00edch sm\u011bn. Podle p\u0159edpis\u016f je nutn\u00e9 zm\u00ednit i dodate\u010dnou kompenzaci. Typ a v\u00fd\u0161e kompenzace z\u00e1vis\u00ed na odv\u011btv\u00ed a kolektivn\u00ed smlouv\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pr\u00e1ce o v\u00edkendech \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nen\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed povinnost\u00ed pracovat o v\u00edkendech. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mohou po\u017e\u00e1dat o pr\u00e1ci o v\u00edkendech, pokud je to nutn\u00e9, a m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo ji odm\u00edtnout, pokud nechcete pracovat. Pokud se rozhodnete o v\u00edkendu pracovat, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b dostanete vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kompenzaci ne\u017e za b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed dny. Tento p\u0159edpis se vztahuje i na pr\u00e1ci v <a href=\"https:\/\/robin.jobs\/cz\/pracovat-v-zahranici\/nizozemske-statni-svatky\">nizozemsk\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch sv\u00e1tc\u00edch.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon o pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry v Nizozemsku t\u00edm, \u017ee stanovuje jasn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed hranice.
