For our client Kampstaal Emmeloord, we are seeking a skilled and motivated welder to join a long-term project within a company known for its craftsmanship, precision, and strong focus on employee development. Kampstaal specializes in steel constructions and delivers high-quality work across multiple sectors.

We are looking for an experienced MIG/MAG welder to perform arc welding (BW) in the PA and PB positions (butt welds). You will work with solid wire (processes 135/136) and ensure the highest quality standards in all assigned welding tasks. This is a stable, ongoing role within a professional and supportive team.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with MIG/MAG welding (at least 3 years)
• Ability to weld in PA and PB positions (buttweld)
• Experience with 135/136 solid wire processes
• Deliver consistent, high-quality welds
• Work in accordance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive net salary: €16.00 – €17.00 per hour (depending on experience, approximately €640 – €680 net per week for 40 h)
